How the Business Days formula works
Counting forward, skipping Saturdays and Sundays:

Worked example
Adding 10 business days to a Wednesday: skipping the two weekends that fall within that stretch, 10 business days lands on the Wednesday two calendar weeks later — 14 calendar days later, not 10.
